Krikry Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Start

Krikry (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Krikry and its users.

By registering on Krikry or using the platform, you are automatically deemed to have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agreed to all terms. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Krikry's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy together form part of this agreement. Any verbal or informal arrangement that conflicts with these terms will not be recognised.

To open an account on Krikry, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number or bank account is prohibited.

After registration, you are required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. Withdrawals will not be available until KYC is completed.

Krikry reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at registration. Registering with false information will result in account termination and the balance in that account may be forfeited.

Please make sure you are familiar with the following rules before placing a bet on Krikry. Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in your bet being voided.

• The maximum bet per event varies by event and is displayed on the platform.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — only the cash-out feature may be used.
• In-play betting odds may change at any moment after a match has started.
• Krikry reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Any account found to be involved in match fixing or placing bets based on insider information will be permanently closed.

Under Krikry's Terms & Conditions, if an event is cancelled, suspended, or ends before the scheduled time, Krikry's decision on bet settlement shall be final. In particular, for rain-affected cricket matches where results are determined by the DLS method, that result will be accepted as official.

The following terms and conditions apply to all financial transactions on Krikry:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 | Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 | Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 per day.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 cannot be processed until KYC is completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours if verification is required.

Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is a legal obligation for Krikry. Any suspicious transactions identified will be reported to the relevant authorities. Additional documentation may be requested for large transactions.

Krikry offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are stated on the bonus offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per person, household, address, or IP address.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or obtain them through fraudulent means will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Krikry reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. If a bonus is claimed on one account and a new account is opened to claim it again, both accounts will be terminated.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent betting activity or bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward support staff.

Krikry is not obligated to provide a reason for closing an account, though users are generally notified by email. Any valid balance will be refunded after verification, but may be forfeited if fraud is established.

Krikry believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities. As part of these Terms & Conditions, we provide the following:

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Option to temporarily close your account for a set period (cooling-off).
• Option for permanent self-exclusion.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement or transaction, please follow the steps below:

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• We aim to resolve complex issues within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with Krikry's decision, you may apply for independent arbitration.

If an incorrect result is displayed during bet settlement due to a technical error or algorithm issue, Krikry reserves the right to correct it. In such cases, the accurate official result will be considered final.

Krikry may update these Terms & Conditions in part or in full at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the site's announcement board.
• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
